Full-Time Financial Accountant - Remote

Financial Accountant ensures timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information for both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries.
• Reconcile bank account activity monthly.
• Post monthly prepaid asset journals and accruals.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and record intercompany debit and credit notes.
• Reconcile trial balance to local books.
• Reconcile monthly tax reports.
• Maintain the fixed assets register.
• Assist with recording AR payments and collections.
• Assist with financial statement audits as needed.
• EMEA - Assisting with accounting in wider EMEA region.

Specific Requirements:

• Experience with Polish tax system.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Language: Fluent in Polish and English.
• Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
