• Analyzing vendor management data
• Monitoring vendor service quality
• Identifying areas for Third-Party Risk Program enhancement
• Managing all steps of the contract process

• Coordinating vendor onboarding
• Monitoring vendor information
• Assisting in vendor issue documentation
• Participating in contract management and negotiations
• Supporting Risk Management functions

• Acting as a software administrator
• Reviewing and analyzing contract terms
• Negotiating and modifying contracts
• Providing guidance on contracts
• Ensuring data accuracy and creating reports

• Minimum of three years of regulatory compliance and/or third-party risk experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Financial institution knowledge preferred
• Experience in contract work preferred

• Highly self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills
