Job Summary: Oversees all financial activities. Strong background in accounting & finance, managing financial reporting & analysis for a growing service business. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve internal control guidelines for cash and credit management.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and risk analysis.
- Prepare/review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage bank relationships and treasury platform.
- Manage accounting department operations (accounts payable, receivable, payroll).
- Develop internal controls.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance against budget.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Communicate financial information to stakeholders.
- Provide financial leadership to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance.
- SaaS and/or private equity experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
