Full-Time Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Senior FP&A Manager supports the GM of Planning & Performance by driving business performance through thought leadership, reporting & analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting Framework: Assist in furthering the reporting framework across the organisation.
• Engagement: Engage with Finance Business Partners to understand departmental needs.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyse periodic financial reports, provide commentary on variances.
• Performance Metrics: Refine and report on performance metrics and budgets.
• Planning and Forecasting: Assist in planning and forecasting processes by developing financial models.
• Business Wide OKRs: Collaborate in setting and reporting on business-wide OKRs.
• Data Analysis: Utilise financial modelling tools and data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure alignment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

You will have:

• 8-10+ years experience in FP&A or big 4 / mid-market deal teams
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Professional certification CFA / CA
• Experience in 3-way modelling
• Strong understanding of financial principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
