The FP&A Team in Costa Rica is looking for a Team Lead to manage a local team and support Cost Management activities for the Commercial Finance organization. You will report to the Sr Manager - Cost.
Main Responsibilities:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including month-end processes, forecasting, reporting modeling, GL and budget management.
Skills: Advanced English level and proficiency in Excel and familiar with financial systems and tools such as Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau, Salesforce, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView. Availability to support US Pacific Time zone business hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a Costa Rica-based FP&A team of 3–6 individuals.
- Manage and deliver accurate cost forecasts and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior finance leaders to align cost strategies with our goals.
- Oversee main FP&A processes with a focus on revenue, including month-end close and monthly forecasting.
- Promote collaboration with leaders to evaluate business opportunities and enhance revenue forecasting.
- Promote continuous improvement in revenue analysis and reporting processes.
