Full-Time FIU Investigator

• Review AML / Fraud alerts for potentially suspicious activity.
• Conduct due diligence through various sources.
• Document investigations and results.
• Provide initial recommendations and dispositions.
• Manage alerts vertically through disposition/conclusion.
• Present case recommendations to the SAR Committee and prepare SARs.
• Become knowledgeable in currency regulations.
• Multi-task ad hoc/special projects.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, criminology, or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in AML investigations within financial services.
• Knowledge of banking transactions, AML investigative processes and AML reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Mantas with CAMS and/or CFE designations/certifications.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent follow-through, and consistent sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to management (verbally and in writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
