Full-Time Founding AI Lead

Who we areWe are ex Amazon, Elastic, and Tessian founders building a ground breaking stealth-mode cybersecurity company. We are working on a new type of platform that uses a combination of generative AI (including agents) and traditional data science to solve some of the most pressing challenges faced by security teams today.

Join our mission to harness the power of Generative AI (LLMs and Agents) to tackle some of today’s most pressing cybersecurity challenges. As a Lead AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving significant breakthroughs for security teams.

Your Contributions:

1. Innovate and Lead: Spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge AI modelarchitectures and capabilities.
2. Drive Product Innovation: Implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques to revolutionize our products.
3. Create Intelligent Workflows: Design and implement agentic workflows using advanced libraries like LangGraph, blending proprietary and open-source models.
4. Shape the Future of AI Products: Contribute to the development of products powered by LLMs and deep learning techniques, implementing ML- and LLM-Ops best practices.
5. Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with team members to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our products.
6. Optimize Data Pipelines: Partner with data ingestion specialists to refine workflows for efficient model training and deployment.
7. Experiment and Evaluate: Design and conduct experiments to rigorously test and enhance model performance and robustness.

What You Need:

• Deep Expertise: A profound understanding of the theoretical foundations of machine learning.
• Proven Experience: Multiple years of experience developing AI models within SaaS products.
• Technical Mastery: Fluency in at least one deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• LLM Proficiency: Experience with LLMs, RAG, and Fine-Tuning.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Agile Innovation: Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on MVPs to test and validate new ideas.
• Education: A Masters' degree (or Phd) in related fields (Ai/LLM/ etc.) from a reputable academic institution.
