PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
As a graphic artist, you will work closely with different departments including Live Events, Studio Shows, Marketing, Social, Digital, Sales and more, creating a variety of graphics based on the need of the department utilizing some templates and original designs.
- Create and deliver graphics to the producers in real time for Pre and Post game shows using company templates
- Assist in day-to-day/nightly graphics needs for live-broadcast shows
- Develop unique ideas and approaches to traditional broadcast methods and social media creative
- Design original and templated graphics for our platforms (TV, social, web and sales)
- Create dynamic original artwork for social media posts
- Produce show packages and elements for client sponsorships
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator especially
- Knowledge of sports
Desired Characteristics:
- Solid aptitude in design composition, typography, and timing
- Passion to work in sports tv and media
Additional Requirements:
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
Salary range: $28/hr-$36/hr
Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.
