Full-Time Frontend Developer (React & Redux)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, users, and product owners to understand application requirements (information architecture, interactions, visual design).
• Participate in agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support end-to-end solutions across various technologies.
• Own the architecture of front-end applications (usability, accessibility, performance).
• Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends.
• Create prototypes (proofs of concepts) to illustrate concepts and design ideas.
• Deliver feature content throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Identify and assess technical risks during SDLC.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a front-end JavaScript developer.
• 3+ years in building Single Page Applications (SPAs) using frameworks/libraries (React, NextJS, optionally Vue, Angular).
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript development tools (build tools, packaging, linting, transpilers).
• Proficiency with statically typed languages (especially TypeScript).
• Proficiency in testing strategies and technologies (React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience with MicroFrontends and Monorepos.
• Highly desirable: Experience building enterprise-grade web applications (CI/CD, security, RESTful APIs, HTTP, i18n).
• Highly desirable: Experience with RTK Query, React Query, Redux Saga.
• Highly desirable: Experience with Design System, Accessibility, Responsiveness.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
• Fluency in English.
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona (4 times a month in office), remote within Spain.
