Job Details
Specific Responsibilities:
- Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
- Identify supplies/services, adequate products/suppliers, and segregate orders by vendor.
- Place orders in Procurement system and initiate approval process.
- Support the Customer Service Team in PO creations and distribution to vendors.
- Monitor order status, inform manager about delays.
- Enter shipment information to initiate payment upon reception.
- Complete other duties assigned by Manager/General Manager/leadership.
- Ensure work area is always clean and presentable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years data entry and/or accounting/billing/purchasing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).

- Proficient in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Detail-oriented and quick learner of new tools/technologies.
- Strong team player, ability to collaborate efficiently.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
