Job Details

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
  • Identify supplies/services, adequate products/suppliers, and segregate orders by vendor.
  • Place orders in Procurement system and initiate approval process.
  • Support the Customer Service Team in PO creations and distribution to vendors.
  • Monitor order status, inform manager about delays.
  • Enter shipment information to initiate payment upon reception.
  • Complete other duties assigned by Manager/General Manager/leadership.
  • Ensure work area is always clean and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years data entry and/or accounting/billing/purchasing experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).

  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Detail-oriented and quick learner of new tools/technologies.
  • Strong team player, ability to collaborate efficiently.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
