Gen AI Analyst - People Systems

Support development and execution of GenAI and automation initiatives for People Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive identification and collection of Generative AI and automation use cases.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Implement Generative AI and automation strategies and product roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver custom Generative AI solutions, aligning with stakeholder needs and enhancing employee experiences.
• Manage solution lifecycle (ideation through deployment and maintenance) using agile principles and JIRA.
• Lead testing, create test cases, validate solutions, and gather user feedback.
• Track adoption, performance, and ROI of Generative AI solutions, supporting change management and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Stay updated on Generative AI, machine learning, and automation trends.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to define product requirements, provide updates, and align with the broader product vision.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in product management, business analysis, HR technology, or a related technology role in the AI domain.
• Understanding of Generative AI, automation, and machine learning.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
• Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Experience supporting the delivery of custom technology solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
