As General Manager - Commercial (Merchandising & Buying), you will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of Food and Gaming procurement and end-to-end leadership in Beverages and ticketed Entertainments across our venues.
Leading a high-performing team, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with guest needs, drive commercial growth, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team across Food, Beverage, Gaming, and Entertainment, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Contribute to the Hotels Vision and Strategy as a key member of the Hotels Senior Leadership Team, driving alignment and strategic execution across commercial priorities.
- Develop and implement driver strategies in collaboration with Operations, Marketing and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear accountabilities and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the management of major contracts, supplier partnerships, tender processes, and market engagement to drive long-term strategic and commercial success.
- Drive the integration of category insights and data to optimize range, pricing, space, and promotional strategies, ensuring a customer-centric approach to decision-making.
- Champion category thought leadership, working with internal and external stakeholders to shape robust plans that enhance guest experiences and drive profitability.
- Lead the category review process to ensure end-to-end fulfilment of optimal product range, including new product development (NPD) and innovation.
- Foster collaboration with Marketing, Customer Insights, and the Endeavour Merch Support team to enhance category management capabilities, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize sales and growth.

- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue and profitability in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in buying within Hospitality, Retail Liquor, Gaming or adjacent industries.
- A data-driven and customer-first mindset, with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions that align with evolving consumer preferences.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations to drive alignment and execution.
- Proven leadership in managing supplier partnerships, contract negotiations, and business improvement initiatives to enhance commercial success.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, remaining adaptable and composed in fast-changing environments while driving strategic outcomes.
