Full-Time Generative AI Testing Specialist

As a Gen AI Testing Specialist, you will guide teams on best practices for AI-powered testing, develop and implement advanced testing solutions, and drive continuous improvement in our testing capabilities.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Develop and Implement AI-powered Testing Solutions:
   • Research and evaluate the latest AI/ML technologies applicable to software testing (e.g., machine learning for test case generation, predictive analytics for risk assessment, AI-powered test oracles).
   • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites using AI/ML techniques.
   • Integrate AI/ML models into existing testing frameworks and pipelines.
2. Guide Teams on AI/ML in Testing:
   • Train and mentor development and testing teams on the effective use of AI/ML in their testing activities.
   • Provide guidance on implementing AI-powered testing strategies and best practices.
   • Assist teams in identifying and addressing testing challenges through AI/ML solutions.
3. Contribute to Continuous Improvement:
   • Analyze testing data and identify areas for improvement in testing processes and coverage.
   • Drive the adoption of AI/ML-driven testing methodologies within the organization.
   • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and their applications in software testing.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, TDD, BDD).
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, Robot Framework, Cucumber).
• Familiarity with non-functional testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, K6).
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab CI).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in a DevOps environment.
• Experience with test data management and test environment provisioning.
