Produce new business within Kyndryl, a ServiceNow marquee account, overseeing executive relationship management.
Lead virtual teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, Professional Services) to support annual revenue growth.
Provide strategic leadership to Kyndryl on corporate technology modernization and Agentic AI utilization.
Be the relationship manager between multiple Kyndryl LOBs and ServiceNow.
Develop ServiceNow solutions based on Kyndryl's strategic outcomes.
Manage all executive relationships between ServiceNow and Kyndryl.
Oversee worldwide account development, resource deployment.
Build deep relationships from project/IT teams to CxO level.
Develop a roadmap for outstanding customer experience.
Achieve financial targets (Licenses, Renewals, Professional Services) globally.
Essential experience includes:
- 7+ years enterprise software sales to GSIs.
- 2+ years Global Client Director or equivalent experience, with multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationship management.
- Previous SaaS/Platform sales experience (ITSM, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, IT Operations).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets annually.
- Experience leading virtual/matrixed teams.
- Understanding of broad business IT needs.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
