Full-Time Global Category Sourcing Manager - Fleet

AECOM is seeking a Global Category Sourcing Manager to join our team.

This role will develop and deliver a mobility (vehicles) global strategy to optimize AECOM's spend and achieve goals on cost savings and GHG emissions. This will include various financial models (leasing, hire purchase, insurance), legislation/regulations/safety standards, shared mobility, fuel reduction/new energy transition, autonomous driving, MaaS, smart mobility, connectivity. The strategy will also include drafting & implementing fleet operation policies & processes and monitoring mobility costs.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Lead, develop and deliver a global mobility strategy.
2. Identify key stakeholders and develop strategic partnerships. Engage with regional operational teams.
3. Implement a supplier relationship management model with strategic suppliers (motor manufacturers, fleet/maintenance, rental).
4. Utilize data & analytics and stakeholder networks to understand current fleet demand and external supply conditions.
5. Lead negotiations and contracting for existing and new suppliers.
6. Support wider AECOM stakeholders with supplier relationship management (KPIs and escalations).
7. Utilize eProcurement technology and data to improve efficiency and compliance.
8. Support the development of the Global Strategic Sourcing team.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + 8 years experience in Category Management/Strategic Sourcing (indirect procurement).
• Strategic view of mobility and market awareness.
• Experience in delivering strategic sourcing projects globally.
• Track record of cost savings.
• Experience with sourcing tools (RFx tenders, contract drafting, supplier performance tools).
• Experience with procurement business case development.
