Full-Time Global Insurance Specialist

We’re looking for a Global Insurance Specialist to support our Global Head of Insurance and ensure seamless operations across various insurance products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with brokers, providers, and leadership on insurance matters.
• Be the main contact for all insurance-related issues worldwide.
• Provide expert support for internal teams, understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Manage global claims for KOSTAL Group, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Maintain relationships with insurance brokers to ensure optimal coverage.
• Oversee insurance policy management and continuous process improvements.
• Handle a range of insurance products: Property Damage, Liability, Cargo, D&O, and more.

What You’ll Need:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an insurance broker, insurer, or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and practices.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); German is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel and managing multiple priorities.
• Negotiation and contracting experience with brokers/insurers.
