Global Process Owner (GPO) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of specific end-to-end business process (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) across all regions, departments, and business units.
The GPO ensures that the process is optimized, standardized, and aligned with corporate strategy, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
This role is key to driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment in a global organization. The GPO acts as the "owner" of a core business process, ensuring that it functions optimally on a global scale.
Initially, this role will heavily focus on integrating Plan to Produce & Procure to Pay global processes into the Rotork DRIVE (ERP deployment) process.
Examples include incorporating production and sourcing strategies into the D365 framework, implementing operational planning and execution consistent with the strategy, defining and resourcing material purchasing and data update processes at the factory level.
Potential team management responsibilities exist.
Long-term, this role will fully integrate into the Operations Excellence team, responsible for process improvement and standardization across all Rotork manufacturing sites.
