Docplanner is seeking a Global Product Director to lead Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, driving engagement and conversion across the DocPlanner ecosystem. This role focuses on integrating marketplace and local PMS platforms, maximizing the reach of offerings. This position reports to the CTPO and is pivotal in scaling Docplanner’s growth through product excellence.
- Lead product vision across PMS and revenue growth initiatives.
- Develop cross-sell strategies across customer segments.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design partners.
- Develop product strategies with global Product Leaders and Country Managers.
- Champion a data-driven culture.
- Drive growth through clear KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Director
- Experience in SaaS or marketplace, e-commerce and pricing
- Proven success in high-growth environments.
- Experience in packaging, monetization, product marketing, and PLG at large scale
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
