Docplanner is seeking a Global Product Director, PLG to lead and scale growth through product excellence. This role focuses on maximizing the reach of our offerings through self-serve experiences that drive engagement and scalable growth. The role involves building strategy for both doctors and clinics, and managing talented product teams.
What we expect:
- Inspire, lead, and shape a strong PLG product vision
- Navigate acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell strategies across customer segments
- Define team strategies aligned with Docplanner Tech and Product strategy
- Establish collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Marketing
- Align product needs with Engineering to develop a coherent roadmap
- Champion a data-driven approach to innovation
- Build a decision-making culture based on analysis and measurable outcomes
- Work with Global Product Directors to drive transparency and impact
Minimum requirements:
- 3+ years as a Product Director
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, and pricing environments
- Success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Track record of delivering impactful digital products
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle with agile practices
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Healthcare experience is a plus
