Full-Time Global Solutions Director - Financial Support Services

• Take ownership of the FSS service line, including strategy, growth, and innovation.
• Lead the development of the global value proposition for the FSS service line.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement materials.
• Provide solution design and oversight for complex deals.
• Guide implementation to ensure best practice deployment and optimal client outcomes.
• Establish toolkits, training resources, and benchmarking.
• Partner with Account Directors to foster client relationships.
• Support contract negotiations and risk identification.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technology teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for client-facing presentations.
• Promote innovation across the global organization.

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business, legal administration; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading financial operations in a professional services environment, with law firm finance experience.
• Proven track record of delivering consulting-style solutions.
• Strong operational expertise in financial transaction services with an emphasis on law firm processes.
• Experience managing outsourcing projects and articulating benefits and risks.
• Experience leading teams in matrix or virtual environments and managing client relationships.
• Effective change management skills.
• Strong knowledge of legal documents and ability to negotiate business terms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, decisive, and proactive problem solver.
• Proficient in eBilling software and law firm financial systems.
• Proficient in MS Office.
