Job Details
The Global Solutions Director drives process improvement and innovation for new and existing clients, emphasizing complex financial operations of law firms. Accountable for growing the service line, ensuring consistent delivery excellence. Oversees solution development, best-practice design, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the Financial Support Services (FSS) service line.
- Lead development and execution of the global value proposition for the FSS service line.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement.
- Provide solution design and oversight for complex deals.
- Guide implementation to ensure best practice deployment.
- Establish toolkits and training resources.
- Partner with Account Directors to foster strong client relationships.
- Support contract negotiations and risk identification.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technology teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert.
- Promote innovation and knowledge sharing.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience leading financial operations, preference for law firm finance experience.
- Proven track record of delivering consulting-style solutions.
- Strong operational expertise in financial transaction services.
- Experience managing outsourcing projects.
- Experience leading teams in matrix environments.
- Effective change management skills.
- Strong knowledge of legal documents.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Proficient in eBilling software and law firm financial systems.
- Proficient in MS Office.
