Full-Time Global Sourcing Specialist

AECOM is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Procurement team to support different categories of indirect spend.

Seeking a results-oriented self-starter with a strategic mindset, to think outside the box and consider different sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new category sourcing strategies across multiple countries/regions.
• Identify new cost savings opportunities.
• Analyze demand and supply to leverage common spend across geographies.
• Lead sourcing projects, manage the RFx process, and implement contracts.
• Plan commercial outcomes, identifying current baseline and forecast spend.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key groups.
• Utilize procurement technology and data to improve efficiency.
• Support supplier relationship management.
• Work with process owners to improve efficiencies.
• Support the development of the Global Procurement team.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS plus 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong strategic sourcing skills (data analysis, opportunity assessment, negotiation, contract drafting).
• Commercial competence, working across different categories of indirect spend.
• Demonstrable cost savings experience.
• Ability to engage with global stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
