Role Overview: This hands-on role is for a creative problem solver who brings ideas to life. You'll work closely with Nic and Friday, getting high-level direction but owning your projects entirely. The role values speed and flexibility over perfection; you'll draft concepts, react to feedback, and maintain momentum.
Responsibilities:
- Design Production: Craft print and digital graphics (business cards, flyers, brochures, social media, website visuals, 3D mockups).
- Concept & Iteration: Generate multiple design options, pivot quickly on feedback, and translate briefs into visuals without step-by-step instructions.
- Brand & Asset Management: Maintain brand guidelines, organize design files.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Partner with Nic and Friday, propose solutions, drive tasks, and implement feedback iteratively.
- Quality & Agility: Balance attention to detail with a fast-moving workflow; catch errors quickly, proactively recommend improvements, and juggle multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Agile Mindset: Iterate quickly, propose multiple concepts, react to feedback.
- Design Proficiency: Strong understanding of design fundamentals and expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English.
- Portfolio: Showcasing creativity, layout mastery, and versatility across print, digital, and mockups.
- Additional Tools: Experience with Figma or Canva a plus.
- Organization & Workflow: Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects with minimal oversight.
- Availability: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST (flexible scheduling).
- Location: Candidates living in Latin America only.
