💻 Role: Graphic Designer responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives, landing page assets, and digital graphics for eCommerce and DTC brands.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Creative Design: Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and YouTube.
- Landing Page Assets: Design graphics, headers, icons for landing pages.
- Brand Consistency & Adaptation: Design within brand guidelines, adapt designs for various placements.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Interpret ad performance data to tweak creatives.
- Design Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on ad design trends.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Collaborate with video editors, funnel designers, and media buyers.
🤝 Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.
- Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
- Clear English communication.
