What You’ll Be Doing

• Create Visual Magic: Deliver compelling visual assets, including graphics and videos for lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Own Our Visual Identity: You’ll be the guardian of Loyal Guru’s brand, ensuring consistency and creativity in everything we produce.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client departments to bring ideas to life.
• Craft Content: Design stunning decks, guides, PDFs, blog visuals, email assets, landing pages, and more.
• Innovate and Improve: Stay ahead of design trends and continuously refine our visual approach.

What You’ll Need

• Figma Mastery: You wield Figma like a pro, creating designs that are both beautiful and functional.
• Adobe CC Skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD are your playgrounds 🎨.
• LinkedIn Content & Trends: Knowledge of creating and optimizing content for LinkedIn and staying on top of trends.
• Canva Expertise: Proficient in using Canva for quick and effective designs.
• Experience in SaaS: 1-2 years crafting visuals for SaaS companies, with a strong portfolio that showcases your talent.
• Strong English Skills: You communicate fluently in English (B2/C1 level).
• Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for typography and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Speed & Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
• Team Player: You collaborate effectively with remote teams, keeping communication clear and projects on track.

• Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a huge plus.
• Presentation Mastery: Familiar with Google Slides, InDesign, and Photoshop for creating compelling layouts.
