Full-Time Graphic Designer

Who You’ll Be Collaborating With

Working closely with Marketing, Sales and other internal teams at OnePlan, your day to day involves conceptualizing, producing, managing, and optimizing graphic assets that align with OnePlan’s brand identity. You’ll own graphic design and branding across all elements including advertising, social media, website, presentations, digital/print media, tradeshows and videos/snippets. 

 What You’ll do at OnePlan

• Design and produce multimedia content pieces that align with OnePlan’s brand and marketing strategy.
• Create and design digital and print multimedia graphics for high-impact campaigns that boosts engagement and brand recognition.
• Create multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen OnePlan’s brand, aligning across all channels. 
• Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure all content is accurate and engaging, while meeting project deadlines consistently.
• Establish creative and brand guidelines along with brand direction for OnePlan. 
• Monitor internal creation of OnePlan materials to ensure they align with our branding. 

Our Ideal Fit

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience at a fast-paced Saas organization with a brand component. 
• Knowledge of graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web layouts. Experience of HTML and CSS preferred. 
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), other relevant design tools (Figma, Cava, etc.), and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn new software. 
• Ability to work collaboratively, contribute to brainstorming sessions, team meetings, presentations, and offer creative input. 
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to consistently meet deadlines. Familiarity using Project Management software.  
• Skills in motion graphics is a big plus. Experience in video creation and editing would also be fantastic.
