Role OverviewAs a Graphic Designer, you will create compelling content aligning with our brand and engaging our target audience. We seek a detail-oriented, self-motivated candidate who enjoys collaborative remote teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Adobe Suite Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of creative trends in social media and advertising.
• Efficiency & Quality: Maintain high efficiency, speed, and quality standards.
• Engaging Content Creation: Create visually captivating content tailored for different platforms and formats.
• Photography Editing: Proficient in advanced photo editing techniques.
• Visual Storytelling: Create compelling assets for digital and print media.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
• Collaborative Approach: Thrive in cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and integrate perspectives.
• Branding Expertise: Create cohesive brand identities across platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio (Instagram/FB ads, posts, Amazon listings).
• Experience working in a remote team.
• Experience/Knowledge of AI software (e.g., Ideogram, Midjourney).
• Amenable to working under Australian business hours.

Suggested Software Proficiency

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dimension)
• ClickUp or other project management software

Benefits

Monthly base offer of US$800-$1000, based on experience.
