Full-Time Graphic Designer

Job Description

At QAD, we view graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are seeking a talented graphic designer who can transform concepts and ideas into visual representations for both print and digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary creative point of contact for QAD Redzone managing projects and delivering assets for campaigns, events, etc.
• Work within brand guidelines using existing templates and enhance the brand's visual identity.
• Develop design materials for various formats (marketing materials, presentations, collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, social media, digital banners).
• Adapt effectively to time zone differences and work independently.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure designs align with organizational standards and brand expectations.
• Collaborate with QAD and QAD Redzone marketing teams to meet deadlines.
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and videos.
• Execute concepts aligned with brand systems, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Ensure consistent fonts, text placement, photo treatments, and visual quality.
• Manage design, uploading, and delivery process for project materials.

Qualifications

• Impressive Portfolio: Portfolio showcasing precision, attention to detail, and Adobe Suite proficiency.
• 3-5+ years professional design experience: Strong foundation in design, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
• Growth-Oriented: Adaptable and seeking improvement in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable Skill Set: Able to pivot techniques and balance efficiency with quality.
• Creative Support: Executing designs with precision, collaboration, and maintenance of consistency.
• Process-Driven: Organized, proficient time management skills for meeting deadlines.

Additional Information

• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript is a plus
• Professional experience in motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus
