We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry located in Maitland, Florida, 32751, United States. In this role, you will be creating and designing various materials for our company such as social graphics, flyers, one pagers, and more. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity that offers a chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design promotional materials such as flyers, one-pagers, and social graphics.
Create engaging designs for upcoming events and websites.
Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign to execute design projects.
Design and produce materials like Advertisements, Banner Ads, and Brochures to boost Brand Awareness.
Utilize design controls to ensure consistency and quality in all materials.
Collaborate with the team to manage and prioritize design tasks.
Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
Adapt to changing workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Provide creative input during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Continually look for creative ways to optimize and improve our design processes.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is mandatory
Proven experience in creating advertisements, banner ads, and brochures
A strong understanding of brand awareness strategies
Ability to implement design controls effectively
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in a Graphic Designer role, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Creative thinking with an ability to produce original ideas
Solid understanding of the latest design trends and their role within a commercial environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative versatility.
