Full-Time Graphic Designer

Overview:

RTS is seeking our first in-house graphic designer to take our creative asset, digital media & sales material development to the next level. This role uniquely spans two key areas: Evo's product development (social media, digital content, print media, etc.) and RTS's partnership initiatives (proposal design, client graphical assets, etc.). This position will dual report into Evo's Creative Director and RTS's Director of Partner Strategy and will play a defining role in the visual identity of Evo while developing compelling brand partnership materials that grow multiple facets of the organization. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, expertly balancing multiple projects and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities:

• Asset Design & Development
  • Create and maintain consistent visual identity across all Evo's digital and physical touchpoints
  • Design engaging social media content, including custom thumbnails, posts, and story graphics
  • Develop website graphics, promotional materials, and marketing collateral
  • Create print materials including event signage, merchandise designs, and promotional items
  • Design UI elements and graphical assets for digital products
  • Maintain and evolve brand style guidelines
• Partnership & Sales Support
  • Transform partnership proposals into visually compelling presentations
  • Design professional pitch decks and sales materials
  • Create branded assets for campaign deliverables
  • Develop custom graphics for client presentations and marketing initiatives
  • Design and maintain template systems for both internal and external communications
• Core Functions
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnership teams to understand design needs
  • Maintain organized files and asset libraries in shared storage systems
  • Provide design direction and feedback for external vendors when needed
  • Stay current with design trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically:
  • Adobe Photoshop for image editing and digital content creation
  • Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and logo design
  • Adobe InDesign for layout and print materials
  • Adobe Acrobat for document preparation
• Strong proficiency in presentation design (Google Slides, PowerPoint)
• Experience with digital design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
• Proven portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print media
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellence in typography, color theory, and layout design
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
• Video game industry experience a plus

Requirements: All applications must include a graphic design portfolio for review.
