Full-Time Graphic Designer

Solvd Inc. is a premier software engineering company. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a marketing environment and the ability to adhere to and elevate brand guidelines.

You will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives by creating compelling designs that align with our brand’s identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute a wide range of visual materials, including website graphics, advertisements, paid media assets, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and more.
• Support the marketing organization across multiple areas such as brand, growth, internal communications, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines while finding opportunities to enhance and elevate our visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing design and copy to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar background.
• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating diverse visual assets, including digital and print designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and adapt to feedback.
• Fluent and excellent communication in English.
