Job Details
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to bring Thrive’s story, campaigns, and product experiences to life through clean, high-impact visual design. This is a hands-on design role for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and understands how to express narrative and credibility through every pixel.
You’ll work directly with the marketing, product, and ecosystem teams to design decks, landing pages, social graphics, investor materials, partner content, and more. You won’t be handed a bloated brand book - you’ll help evolve it by building the assets that move our mission forward.
This is an execution-first role for a creative who’s not just talented, but deeply organized, independent, and fluent in the visual language of Web3.
What You’ll Do- Design and maintain Thrive’s core marketing and brand assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and launch content
- Create graphics for landing pages, ecosystem campaigns, blog posts, and social channels
- Collaborate with the marketing lead on campaign visuals, narratives, and formats
- Work with product and engineering teams to produce UI mockups and support product visuals
- Align consistently with Thrive’s emerging brand voice, style, and aesthetic tone
- Help develop a lightweight, high-clarity visual system that supports scale without sacrificing quality
- Manage asset libraries and workflows to ensure brand consistency across use cases
- 3–6 years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design — ideally in crypto, startups, or tech
- Strong portfolio of marketing assets: decks, campaigns, web graphics, and social design
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable designing for digital-first distribution
- Exceptional visual storytelling ability — knows how to make complex concepts feel simple and clear
- Highly detail-oriented, fast-moving, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Understands crypto culture and design norms — knows what makes a Web3 brand look credible
- Thrives in async workflows; fluent in tools like Notion, Slack, Telegram, and Google Drive
- Based in Lisbon (preferred), or able to collaborate closely across EU time zones
- Competitive base + performance-based incentives
- Token upside in a pre-TGE, high-growth crypto protocol
- Remote-first team with async flexibility and EU time zone collaboration
- Direct design ownership with meaningful impact across launch, investor, and ecosystem work
