Key Responsibilities:Design and produce visually compelling graphics, motion designs, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and product launches.Develop eye-catching visuals, animated infographics, and interactive graphics to enhance brand storytelling.Collaborate with marketing, product, and UI/UX teams to create engaging visual assets that align with brand identity and business goals.Design animated elements and UI graphics for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and loyalty program portals, to improve user experience and engagement.Edit and enhance visual content using typography, animation, and transitions to create polished, high-quality designs.Stay up to date with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and emerging digital media tools to create innovative content.Ensure all visual assets are optimized for digital platforms, maintaining high-quality performance across devices and resolutions.
Requirements:6+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or multimedia design, preferably in fintech, loyalty programs, digital marketing, or related industries.A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, branding, and multimedia projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and experience with Cinema 4D or similar 3D software.Knowledge of UI animations and interactive motion design is an advantage.Basic understanding of video editing, sound design, and color grading to enhance visual storytelling.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
