As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with teams to create impactful brands, assets, and campaigns that align with client objectives. From conceptualizing mood boards and brand identities to producing print, digital, and packaging graphics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality deliverables. Strong typography, layout skills, attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities are critical.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Brand & Concept Development: Create visual mood boards, develop brand identity concepts, and develop look and feel for campaigns.
- Design Execution: Design innovative visual assets for print, packaging, advertising, and digital platforms. Prepare press-ready files. Design web layouts and collaborate with development teams.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with teams, review designs for errors, apply feedback, present work, and contribute to conversations.
- Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, maintain organized files.
RequirementsSkills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience with a strong portfolio. Experience with digital content creation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of printing processes and file formatting.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to balance creative vision with strategic goals. Ability to apply style guides while maintaining brand identity integrity.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Team-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and Growth: Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, processes, and design challenges.
