We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This dual role will involve creating visually appealing digital and print collateral, social media and video graphics, and business proposals/documentation, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience working with large US brands, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality, sophisticated visual content for various marketing materials, including flyers, email content, print materials, tradeshow booths/items, slide decks, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates for use across the organization.
- Collaborate with the social media managers, content creators and other departments as needed to design engaging and on-brand campaigns that drive engagement and support business goals.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel of MEDVA and its sub brands.
Brand Management:
- Implement and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders understand and adhere to brand standards.
- Lead rebranding audits and efforts to ensure consistency and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on brand guidelines and best practices.
- Work with external agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency in all outsourced projects.
Requirements
- Must have 3 years of experience working within a marketing department, or a fundamental understanding of design with marketing best practices.
- Minimum of 6 years of graphic design experience working with Adobe suite.
- Must have excellent written English skills for light editing/adjustments as needed for effective design composition.
- Design experience for US or Filipino healthcare companies a plus.
