The Opportunity: This 100% remote Graphic Designer position offers a rare chance to shape client event visual identities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling logos, themes, visual elements for impactful experiences.
- Design 2D and motion graphics (presentations, signage, digital assets, print collateral).
- Apply brand guidelines consistently for cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate with clients' marketing teams, sales, and internal teams for design solutions.
- Stay ahead of design trends.
Who You Are: We're looking for a creative individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong collaboration skills.
Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience working with multiple brands and creating various design formats (print, digital, motion graphics, small-format, large-format).
- Software Proficiency: Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Motion Graphics, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Suite. Experience with After Effects is a plus.
- Typography & Layout Skills: Create clear and compelling designs for effective communication.
- Organization: Work effectively on multiple projects concurrently.
- Formal Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in design.
Impact:
- Within 1 month: Meet stakeholders, understand service offerings, processes, brand, and event production trends.
- Within 3 months: Develop templates, understand client brand guidelines, and provide design services.
- Within 6 months: Fully understand role, contribute to 5 winning event designs, expand vendor network, and improve product/service offerings.
