Graphic Designer (Remote)

Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design content for blogs, articles, websites, social media, and emails.
2. Upload and manage graphic content publishing schedules.
3. Gather information on trends, articles, interviews, and videos.
4. Develop content scheduling sequences, propose audience engagement, and coordinate design schedules.
5. Coordinate with content writers to create illustrations.
6. Test graphics across various media.
7. Assist teams with layout & design, proofreading visual materials.
8. Collaborate on new content ideas.
9. Execute visual concepts combining identity and marketing.
10. General administration tasks
11. Track and coordinate marketing campaign schedules.
12. Create video and motion graphics.
13. Develop creative marketing strategies.
14. Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience.
• 1-2 years in Graphic Design.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in layout, graphics, typography, print & web design.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Compelling portfolio showcasing creative projects (print & digital).
• Ability to work on a graveyard shift.

• Computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
• Internet: 25 Mbps wired connection (primary)
• Internet: 10 Mbps wired connection (backup)

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
