Full-Time Graphics Manager (Hybrid)

• Manages workload distribution and is the contact for graphics issues. 30%
• Manages employee relations, attendance, payroll, and performance. Administers HR policies. 20%
• Coaches, trains, and supports the Graphics department. Participates in project and process improvement teams. Ensures clear communication. 20%
• Manages the Corporate Graphics Department. Communicates updates to management regarding projects and team performance. Interacts with decision-makers. 15%
• Works with corporate processes to fulfill client requests accurately, including Client Quality, Legal, Marketing, Internet Content, and Manufacturing. 15%

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Degree in Graphics or related field or equivalent experience (Required)

• ~5 years graphics experience (Required)

• Knowledge of multiple Harland Clarke Operating Systems (Required).
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Familiarity with managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination.
• Understanding of internal workflows (Legal, Marketing, IT, Client Quality).
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Skilled in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing projects.
• Ability to create and deliver training programs.
• Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Handle last-minute decisions and high workloads.
• Accurately interpret and execute client requests.
• Work effectively with departments like Legal, IT, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
• Align graphics operations with business goals.
• Maintain documentation and processes for audits.
