Full-Time Group EMEA Tax Manager

Key role within our global finance team, reporting to the Group Director of Tax. Lead and contribute to Group tax planning and execution for EMEA and APAC regions.

• Cross-Border Tax Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate cross-border tax risks.
• Transfer Pricing Compliance: Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Tax Planning & Advisory: Assist in developing and implementing international tax strategies.
• Tax Jurisdiction Expansion/Exit: Provide tax advisory support on entering/exiting tax jurisdictions.
• Group Tax Initiatives: Support tax-related projects, including tax audits and M&A activities.
• Intellectual Property (IP) Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize IP within the group.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams.
• Legislative & Regulatory Monitoring: Stay abreast of international tax law developments.

• ACA or CTA qualified.
• Strong technical skills and experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Corporation Tax issues.
• Proven experience in cross-border tax issues and transfer pricing.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and BEPS framework.
• Relevant tax experience gained in a listed group environment.
• Experience building strong relationships.
• A good team player.
