We are a team of ~60 employees across Europe and eastern US timezones.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Growth Lead to build and scale the systems that convert our massive user base into a repeatable, high-performing product-led growth (PLG) engine.
As Growth Lead, you’ll own the full funnel and build up a cross-functional growth team.
What You’ll Do- Define and execute on Dune’s growth strategy.
- Build out Dune’s growth function.
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Build and scale the growth engine.
- Run data-driven experimentation.
- Translate insights into action.
- Drive PLG → Enterprise alignment.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B growth and/or product roles, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS, data, API, or PLG environments.
- Former founder/operator mindset.
- Fluent in growth systems.
- Strong data intuition.
- Cross-functional leader.
- Hands-on builder.
Bonus if you have
- Experience leading growth at a startup or building a growth org from scratch.
- Experience with data infrastructure and/or developer-focused products.
- Experience with or interest in crypto.
- Experience integrating growth systems across multiple product lines.
