About the role
We are seeking a Growth Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to experiment, iterate, and optimize strategies for airSlate Workflow.
This person will own and execute a full-funnel growth strategy, from demand generation to conversion, leveraging both paid and organic channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy & Execution: Own and drive lead generation efforts through inbound and outbound marketing, ensuring a continuous pipeline of high-quality leads that convert into customers.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, email, content) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Partner Co-Marketing: Collaborate and execute co-marketing campaigns for partner ecosystems, working with integration partners, technology alliances, and strategic business relationships to expand reach, drive leads, and accelerate adoption.
- Paid Ads Strategy: Build and execute a performance marketing strategy, optimizing Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid channels for maximum ROI.
- SEO-Driven Growth in an AI World: Develop and implement an SEO and content strategy that adapts to AI-driven search trends, leveraging programmatic SEO, AI-generated content, and keyword optimization to increase organic visibility.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Experiment with landing pages, G2 customer ratings, messaging, and user flows to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
- Naming Conventions & Taxonomy: Develop and enforce consistent naming conventions across marketing assets, campaigns, and analytics platforms to ensure tracking, measurement, and scalability.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, optimizing campaigns and strategies based on performance data.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing (preferably in SaaS or workflow automation).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar data tools.
- Experience executing scrappy, high-impact growth strategies with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing trends and how they impact search, content, and lead generation strategies.
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for scaling products in a high-growth environment.
