What does an Account Supervisor, Market Access do?
The Account Supervisor, Market Access at EVERSANA INTOUCH is a key point of contact for clients and agency partners, overseeing marketing campaigns for various brands and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans, executes, and manages marketing campaigns.
- Collaborates with internal departments (Analytics, Strategic Planning, UX, Creative, Social Media) on projects.
- Tracks project timelines and milestones, keeping clients informed.
- Provides strategic and tactical digital marketing recommendations.
- Manages client presentations, campaign results, and external relationships.
- Develops Statements of Work (SOWs) and manages budgets.
- Ensures project alignment with goals.
- Cultivates strong client relationships and drives effective market access solutions.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 6-10 years of experience.
- Market access client service, agency, and pharmaceutical experience.
- Expertise in market access marketing, and commercialization lifecycle.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Strategic skill and strong business acumen.
