About the Role:StartEngine seeks a Director of Funding Growth to join our growing team. This role involves working directly with companies to develop marketing strategies for driving investors. The successful candidate will work with innovative companies, guiding them in best practices for capital raises on StartEngine.
Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve fundraising targets for companies.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure marketing messages align with StartEngine's mission.
- Produce weekly reports with quantitative data.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in full lifecycle marketing and advertising, especially in strategic roles managing budgets over $1M.
- Expertise in Paid Social, particularly Facebook.
- Email marketing experience.
- Strong client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to set and meet metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Results-oriented and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- BA/BS degree.
