Full-Time Growth Product Designer

• Design and ship product features and high-converting landing pages that drive growth
• Own your process end-to-end: from problem definition to testing and iterating
• Own core parts of our trading dashboard, journal, and web application, improving usability and driving key metrics like repeat purchase rate, activation, retention, and feature adoption
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to define problems and requirements
• Use data and user research to inform design decisions
• Help establish design standards and patterns as we build the foundation for our design system

• 3-5+ years of UX / product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Strong product and design thinking skills
• Excellent UI execution abilities
• Experience designing for complex web applications
• Thrive working independently in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Understanding of web technologies
• Data-informed mindset
• Ability to articulate design rationale
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Interest in trading
• Experience with Webflow
• Components based design system experience
• Copywriting experience
• Animation / interaction experience
• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services products
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies
• Background in analytics tools
• Understanding of esports aesthetics or gaming-to-trading positioning
• Experience contributing to or building design systems from the ground up
