GSA Subcontracts Administrator (remote) Role Overview:
Oversee administration and management of General Services Administration (GSA) contracts and subcontracts. Requires deep understanding of GSA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of GSA contracts/subcontracts (modifications, renewals, compliance).
- Ensure contract terms and conditions are adhered to.
- Stay current on GSA regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and relevant guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales/business development for competitive pricing and proposals.
- Review pricing proposals for accuracy, compliance, and profitability.
- Monitor contract performance metrics (revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction).
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as primary contact for GSA and government customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with GSA stakeholders.
- Coordinate subcontracting activities (soliciting bids, negotiating terms, managing performance).
- Develop and maintain compliant subcontract agreements and documentation.
- Select appropriate Subcontract/Purchase Order type (FFP, CR, T&M, IDIQ, etc.).
- Ensure subcontract requirements are met, and manage cost.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for effective contract lifecycle management (bid to closeout).
- Identify and assess contractual issues/risks (financial, performance, regulatory).
- Provide objective advice to improve business strategy, processes, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with subcontracting regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Contract Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in GSA contract management or government contracting.
- Strong understanding of GSA regulations, FAR, and government procurement.
- Experience with GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- US Citizenship.
- Potential for lifting 25-50 lbs (accommodations available).
- Security clearance may be required.
Salary: $110K-$150K (annual)
