GTM Program Manager, Platform Foundation Sales
Solution Sales is on a journey to innovate across ServiceNow’s go-to-market (GTM), delight our customers, and fuel our unparalleled climb to $30B.
We’re moving fast, and with this rapid scale and dynamic growth we’re hiring a GTM Acceleration Manager to establish a new sales acceleration and program engine to develop and execute transformational GTM initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Platform Foundations Sales, the GTM Program Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming the business, increasing sales productivity and ensuring sales excellence across our broad portfolio.
You will directly lead, develop and execute a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to our GTM strategy.
Success will require cross-functional, matrixed leadership with expert level communication and collaboration skills.
You will partner closely with senior leadership, program sponsors and stakeholders across sales and other functions.
This role is a critical connection between the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy.
The role is critical to activating the full force of the ServiceNow GTM engine to sell the full breadth of the ServiceNow portfolio.
You will help shape our strategy to unlock the massive opportunity with RaptorDB Pro, drive increased inclusion rates for our Vault offering, and accelerate the launch of Workflow Data Fabric.
The ideal candidate is a proven relationship builder, versatile, and an intellectually curious individual who can develop trust with key leaders and stakeholders across the organizations to “make it happen”.
The candidate must be able to combine deep global sales program leadership experience with the organizational savvy to drive transformation and successful change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales leaders and specialist sellers to identify and prioritize a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to our business objectives
- Directly lead large scale, global programs and initiatives from concept through successful execution
- Deliver resources and hands-on support to field teams to simplify the sales cycle and support higher win rates and faster deal cycles
- Collaborate across Solution Sales and a broad spectrum of business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives, scope initiatives, identify and engage resources, define program/project plans, and ensure successful execution to achieve agreed upon business outcomes
- Collaborate with peer leaders to establish best practices, foster knowledge sharing & skills development across the organization
- Measure, adapt and tune programs to optimize outcomes and drive measurable impact for the business
- Build consensus and rally field teams and leaders behind the opportunity to grow our Portfolio Foundations business
- Define success metrics, influence dashboards/visibility and Business Intelligence projects, facilitate inclusion into existing pipeline & forecast cadences, and support communications to drive awareness and field engagement
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program leadership, sales or sales ops/planning at a top technology company
- Hands-on experience in a sales organization and deep understanding of go-to-market functions
- Proven program management experience leading large scale, cross-functional programs including change management to drive successful adoption
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration and executive presence is critical for success
- Energetic self-starter with a proven track record for getting things done in a high-growth, dynamic sales environment
- Highly skilled at building trusted relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Superb ability to influence and motivate others, drive collaboration, teaming & resolve conflict between diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and connect the dots between strategy and operational priorities, as well as translate the strategy into effective program execution and tangible outcomes
- Comfort with challenging the status-quo and identifying opportunities for improvements in our GTM
- Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
- Able to drive consensus around business priorities, while also able to clearly voice dissent to influence organizational direction
- Demonstrated exceptional learning agility
