Sword Health is seeking a Head of AI New Solution to lead the development of scalable AI-powered solutions for healthcare providers, with a focus on GenAI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecting and leading AI solutions, emphasizing scalability and production readiness.
- Driving the technical strategy for the enterprise ML platform, from deployment to optimization.
- Leading a team of ML Engineers, Backend, and Frontend developers.
- Collaborating with the core AI team to translate cutting-edge solutions into practical applications.
- Ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and safety standards in all AI deployments.
- Acting as a hands-on technical leader, making architectural decisions, reviewing code, and maintaining high standards.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production ML systems at scale.
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver AI-powered products.
- Strong understanding of modern technology and AI stacks.
- Extensive experience with MLOps, ML system architecture, and software engineering.
- Strong product sense and ability to influence technical product decisions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Successful large-scale AI deployments in healthcare.
- Knowledge of healthcare data systems and compliance.
- Experience with conversational AI or similar interactive systems.
