Full-Time Head of Corporate Planning

The Head of Corporate Planning leads Atlassian’s Corporate FP&A planning function, driving the company’s long-range planning (LRP), annual planning, monthly and quarterly reporting, and ongoing forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing Corporate Planning team.
• Lead the end-to-end corporate planning process.
• Consolidate revenue, gross margin, and operating expense planning across all business units.
• Drive executive-level financial storytelling and scenario modeling.
• Oversee capital and resource allocation processes.
• Partner with Commercial Finance to ensure alignment in planning deliverables.
• Own the development of planning systems and analytics.
• Serve as a key advisor to the CFO and senior executives.
• Partner with Investor Relations on investor guidance and earnings materials.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with leadership in corporate planning at a public SaaS or technology company.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• Prior people management experience required.
