SUITSME is a femtech company developing digital products for women's mental well-being. Our flagship product, the SUITSME fashion game, launched in late 2021 with over 16 million installs. In 2023, we introduced FABU, a mood journal, which is scaling rapidly. We are a fast-growing digital company seeking a Head of Product to champion data-driven decisions and drive engagement, retention, virality, and monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Define and align vision, strategy, and roadmap for existing products.
- Design innovative features to boost metrics like retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary product team (analysts, product managers, UI/UX designers, content managers).
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog and oversee its delivery.
- Collaborate with departments to solve challenges and achieve product goals.
- Establish and monitor product-specific metrics to evaluate outcomes.
- Foster a strong product-oriented culture.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Head of Product, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven track record of measurable product development achievements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business-oriented skills.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
