Boosters is looking for a Head of Product / CPO to lead JustDone, an AI assistant for the academic audience.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Lead/Head/CPO with a b2c product in a Tier-1 market;
- Proven experience in product management within a technology-driven company;
- Track record of launching and scaling digital products;
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;
- Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends, especially AI;
- Experience in Customer Development;
- Ability to develop product roadmaps;
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing;
- Understanding of Unit Economics.
Your Area of Impact:
- Lead the product team;
- Drive the development and enhancement of JustDone's products;
- Develop and execute a product strategy;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Conduct market research and analysis;
- Champion user-centric design principles;
- Establish KPIs to measure product success;
- Build and develop a high-performing team;
- Develop solutions fostering business success.
